A hands on lesson in fruit pies with the main focus on conquering the classic “tender and flaky, good ol’” Betty Crocker pie crust. As originally instructed at the Cullinary stone, then Cherry Hill Orchard on Greenbluff, demonstrated on KREM 2, and featured in publications including the nationally publicized magazine ”Where Women Cook”.
Two Class Models
Option 1:
– A private class ran like a Tupperware party.
– Co-hosted by the customer collaborating on date , time, and place.
– Your place or the farm.
– $45 per person
– 5 person minimum or equivalent
– 12 person maximum (only if held at the farm)
Option 2:
– Open class every 4th Tuesday of the month
– 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
– $45/per student, pre-registration required
