Beginning in 2015, Prairie Home Farm in Coeur d’alene, Idaho, expanded to sell farm based fruit pies through our new
adventure- Lil' Punkin Pie Co.

Along with pumpkins grown specifically for pie, the farm boasts many fruit trees and bushes including rhubarb, blackberries, raspberries, mulberries, strawberries, tart pie cherries, pears, yellow plums and peaches. Always the first choice for fruit for its pie, lil’ punkin pie co then turns to local farmers and fruit producers from the farmers market. Keeping it local. Fruit and crust. As simple as that! With no brick and mortar pie shop, Lil’ Punkin Pie Co.’s pies are only available by preordering for pickup at the farm, and at both Kootenai county farmers markets.

Lil' Punkin Pie Co.'s History

“Made in the salvaged cottage on the grounds of Prairie Home Farm in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. These pies are made with simple ingredients, smile on my face and years of experience in my touch.

My Grandpa owned a bakery on the avenue in a small town and I have always been known as the other baker in the family. I taught a baking class when I was in high school as a member of the "busy bakers", decorated cakes to supplement my income while raising my oldest child and won large colorful rosettes at our local county fair.

With a farm spilling over with fruit, an abandoned out building, a thriving pumpkin patch business, and a lifelong love of baking- Lil’ Punkin Pie Co. Was born! A simple plan, a simple business, a simple life. Simply blessed!
